The official GeoNet Quake app is a valuable tool for staying informed about earthquakes and volcanic activity in New Zealand. It provides custom notifications and bulletins, ensuring that users receive timely updates.

Upgrading users should take a moment to review their settings, especially push notification settings, to ensure they are properly configured for optimum functionality.

 <li>Effortlessly share earthquake information through various channels such as SMS, email, Twitter, Facebook, etc.</li>

 <li>Opt to receive notifications for the latest GeoNet news articles.</li>
